Photographing Gilbert in Richmond is always a lot of fun, he just so good at skating. This was no exception when he popped off some plywood into a sketchy rock bank. This ended up on the cover of Skateboarder Magazine and helped Gil solidify his Vans sponsorship. Shot with a Nikon D3 with a Nikon 105mm f/2.5 lens.
